We design, install, maintain and verify fixed fire protection systems for industrial, commercial, service and civil premises subject to CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate): UNI 45 and UNI 70 hydrant networks, wet and dry sprinkler systems, UNI EN 12845 pressurisation sets, fire brigade delivery connections, shutoff and test valves. We design to UNI 9489 (sprinkler) and UNI 10779 (hydrant networks) and support the system for its full service life with periodic maintenance contracts compliant with operating standards. We work on new installations, regulatory adaptations on existing systems and inspection register management.
Design and installation
Executive design of hydrant and sprinkler networks with hydraulic calculation per UNI standards; complete installation with hot-dip galvanised steel or ductile iron piping, UNI EN 12259 certified fittings and valves; hydraulic commissioning with tightness test at 1.5 times nominal pressure; project and operating documentation for the CPI file at the provincial Fire Brigade. On existing systems we perform status checks, sizing of regulatory adaptations (UNI requirements have been updated several times in recent years) and replacement of obsolete components.
Maintenance and periodic verifications
We perform mandatory periodic checks per operating standards on valves, pressure switches, motor-pump and electric-pump sets, fire brigade connections, UNI 45 and 70 hydrants (semi-annual flow and pressure tests), sprinklers. On request we manage the entire maintenance and operating register and prepare documentation for inspections by the provincial Fire Brigade and for periodic CPI renewal visits. Technicians are trained as ASA (Fire Service Operator) and qualified for inspections per the CONFINDUSTRIA-ASSISTAL guidelines.
When a new system is needed
On activities subject to CPI (above certain sizes or types listed in the Italian DPR 151/2011): warehouses, garages, manufacturing facilities, hotels, hospitals, public assembly venues, schools. Even on non-mandated premises, a fixed fire protection system dramatically reduces fire propagation risk and — consequently — insurance premiums. Preliminary design always includes specific risk calculation and adequate sizing for the hazard class.

Our logistics keep a single dedicated technical crew on site from initial survey to intervention completion, avoiding handovers between teams and ensuring continuity throughout the job.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also carry out flow and pressure testing?
Yes — we perform flow tests on hydrants (semi-annual), pressure tests on the network (annual) and functional tests on pressurisation sets, with formal reports signed by qualified technician.
Do you handle the CPI paperwork with the Fire Brigade?
Yes, in coordination with qualified technician (fire safety engineer) for filing SCIA antincendio and for periodic renewal. We provide all the technical documentation on our part.
Do you work on sprinkler systems in industrial plants?
Yes, both new installations and adaptations. We have experience on logistics warehouses, high-risk material storage, paper and textile processing operations.
