CCTV inspection is the definitive diagnostic test for any piping: condominium and municipal sewers, household drains, vertical risers, industrial water networks, flues and process ducting. We use HD colour cameras with 360° rotating heads, optical zoom and integrated sondes that reconstruct the pipe path in real time, identifying the exact fault point in geographic coordinates and depth. At the end of the inspection we deliver the full video footage, a written report and — on request — CAD files of the path overlaid on the architectural plan. It is the ideal tool to correctly dimension any subsequent intervention, avoiding wasted work and liability disputes.
What a CCTV inspection reveals
Total or partial blockages, longitudinal or transverse fractures and cracks, counter-slopes, root infiltration, limescale or grease deposits, badly executed joints, deformation from ground movement, ingress of groundwater where it shouldn't be, leaks at hidden joints. Our cameras handle diameters from 40 to 800 mm and reach up to 300 metres from the access point. The paired electromagnetic locator traces the pipe route on the surface and reports the exact depth and position of the fault to the centimetre, avoiding exploratory digs and allowing surgical interventions.

Technology used
We operate a professional toolkit: self-centring colour cameras with Archimedes screw heads for vertical riser ascent, radio sondes for surface localisation, canal jet at pressures up to 200 bar for preliminary cleaning, digital recording systems with automatic GPS waypoint tagging. Technicians are trained to interpret imagery in context of pipe material (PVC SN8, cast iron, vitrified clay, asbestos cement on older systems) and applicable regulations.

How much does a CCTV inspection cost?

Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
Just clear an access point (manhole, inspection chamber, trap) and provide a running water connection. We are operational within 30 minutes of arrival. On condominium installations we ask to notify residents not to discharge water during the inspection.
Does it work in flooded pipes?
Yes, our cameras are fully waterproof and immersion-rated. In case of heavy flooding, preventive suction with a tanker may help visibility by eliminating suspended debris that can compromise footage quality.
Can I see the footage live during the inspection?
Yes, we work with portable monitors so the client can follow the inspection step by step. On request we also stream the footage to the client's phone or tablet if they cannot be on site.
