Plumbing systems for homes and industry
From the first pipe to the last fitting.
We design and install complete plumbing systems for homes, condominiums, offices, industrial plants and commercial premises: from preliminary and definitive design through installation by dedicated crews to final commissioning with pressure tests and DM 37/08 compliance declaration. We handle new installations, full or partial replacements on existing buildings, mains water and sewer connections, drainage systems and risers for new construction. Our direct experience on CCTV — we see daily what happens when a system is poorly designed — translates into installations that last and that can be maintained without demolition.

What we build
Residential plumbing (cold water, hot water, recirculation, drainage), condominium systems (vertical risers, floor distribution, divisional meters); fire protection networks compliant with UNI 9489 (sprinkler) and UNI 10779 (hydrants); industrial plumbing for process, cooling, compressed air; low-temperature radiant underfloor and wall heating systems compatible with heat pumps; natural gas and LPG supply networks; municipal water and sewer connections with coordination of paperwork at the utility operator; condominium manifolds with shutoff valves for each user. All systems use certified materials (PEX-Al-PEX multilayer, stainless steel, copper, cast iron for drainage) and are designed for future maintainability.
Anti-blockage design
From direct CCTV experience we know the installation errors that cause recurring blockages: counter-slopes (drainage doesn't flow in the right direction), 90° fittings where 45° plus two segments would be correct, undersized traps that become grease catchers, long horizontal runs without intermediate inspection. We design our systems with all of this in mind: rigorous slopes, appropriate fittings, accessible inspections every 8-10 metres on horizontal sections, materials compatible with the conveyed fluid. Because we know what happens when a system cannot be inspected: it breaks at the worst time, and costs more to fix.
Compliance documentation and warranty
We provide a DM 37/08 compliance declaration for every intervention, technical dossier with as-built drawings of the installed system, floor plan of the new system path with elevations and depths, pressure test logbook and final commissioning records with stamp and signature of the responsible technician. Ten-year material and workmanship warranty, with free replacement of components showing manufacturing defects. On large installations we also deliver a digital dossier with CAD/DWG files overlaid on the architectural plan, georeferenced photographs of hidden phases (installation, embedded fittings, manifolds) and a maintenance plan for the next 10-15 years.
Where we operate
Our operative base is in Casale Monferrato (AL). We operate throughout northern Italy — Piedmont (Turin, Alessandria, Asti, Cuneo, Vercelli, Novara), Lombardy (Milan, Bergamo, Brescia), Aosta Valley, Veneto (Venice, Verona, Padua), Liguria (Genoa, Savona, La Spezia), Emilia-Romagna (Bologna, Modena, Parma) — and on request also in France and Switzerland with agreed response times. Our logistics keep a single dedicated technical crew on site from initial survey to intervention completion, avoiding handovers between teams and ensuring continuity throughout the job.

Frequently asked questions
Do you issue compliance certification (Italian DM 37/08)?
Yes — every installation is accompanied by a DM 37/08 compliance declaration, technical dossier and as-built drawings delivered to the client.
Do you also work on new constructions?
Yes, both in coordination with the general contractor and directly with the client for the plumbing portion only. On large contracts we participate from executive design phase.
Do you also build systems for historic renovations?
Yes, it is one of our specialisation areas. On historic buildings we use techniques and materials compatible with the existing structure (multilayer for flexibility, exposed installation in some cases to avoid chasing frescoed walls).
