When repair is no longer enough.
When a sewer is too deteriorated to be permanently unblocked, the only effective solution is to rebuild the damaged section. We work on condominium networks, private roads, parking areas, industrial plants and municipal sections under concession using certified materials (PVC SN8, cast iron, HDPE polyethylene, vitrified clay for aggressive environments) and installation techniques that ensure decades of service life. Every job is preceded by a status CCTV inspection and followed by a commissioning CCTV. We provide a compliance declaration and a ten-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Intervention methods
Open excavation for accessible sections in gardens, courtyards or unfinished areas, with full restoration of existing paving; targeted module replacement for fractures via localised excavation and sealing plugs; resin lining (internal coating with thermosetting fabric) for sections under premium paving, finished environments or hard-to-reach structures — this is the least invasive technique and minimises surface demolition. Method selection depends on damage extent, path accessibility, overlying paving and budget.
Warranties and documentation
We provide a compliance declaration for the executed work per applicable standards (UNI EN 1610, UNI EN 752), a ten-year material warranty and a five-year installation warranty. We perform commissioning CCTV documenting the final state of the network, attached to the declaration. Documentation is structured for delivery to the condominium administrator, industrial owner or public client.
Coordination with other trades
On complex rebuilds we coordinate directly with masons for paving and wall trace restoration, with surveyors or engineers for any required building permits (CILA, SCIA), with plumbers for new utility connections and with gardeners for the restoration of green areas affected by excavation. The turnkey approach gives the client a single technical point of contact for the whole intervention, with one schedule, one quote and one coherent invoicing chain. This significantly reduces the risk of responsibility ping-pong between different contractors, which is one of the most frequent problems on multi-trade sites.

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes — every rebuild is covered by a 10-year material warranty and certified commissioning CCTV. The warranty covers installation or material defects, excluding extraordinary events (floods, third-party works).
How long does a rebuild project take?
For a 20-30 metre condominium section, typically 2-5 working days. For full rebuilds on large properties, duration is quoted case by case.
Is resin lining really an alternative to excavation?
Yes, and it is the most modern technique. The resin fabric cured inside the existing pipe creates a new structural pipe without requiring floor demolition or excavation. It works on pipe diameters from 100 to 800 mm.
