We operate 24/7, year-round, holidays included, across northern Italy. When you call for an emergency a technician calls back within minutes to assess the situation and — once the picture is clear — we are on site within 2-4 hours in Piedmont, the Alessandria area, central Lombardy and the Genoa area. For more distant zones we coordinate with our local partner network to still guarantee rapid intervention. The control room is physically staffed by an experienced technician, not by a call centre: when you call you immediately speak with someone who can understand the problem and dispatch the right crew.
What counts as an emergency
Ongoing flooding (water at constant flow exiting broken pipes, drains, ceilings); high-flow leaks, even if still contained; blocked condominium sewers with downstream stoppage preventing use of bathrooms in multiple apartments; gas pipe failures with detected leak; fire-protection network blockages in industrial plants subject to regulatory obligations; post-event emergencies like floods, fires extinguished with flooded premises, freeze damage with burst outdoor pipes. We work in both residential, condominium and industrial settings.
What we bring to site
Vans equipped with jetters up to 200 bar, electric and hydraulic mechanical cutters, HD cameras for CCTV, latest-generation electronic geophones, tracer gas mixture and equipment, FLIR thermal camera, autonomous generators, submersible pumps for floods, consumable materials for rapid repairs (fittings, sealants, emergency clamps). Every emergency is handled like a mini-site: first stop the damage (line shutoff, suction, containment), then diagnose calmly, then intervene with the definitive or temporary solution.
Cost transparency
We always agree a verbal quote before starting, even at night. After-hours pricing (night, holidays) is clearly communicated at the time of the call: no invoice surprises. On emergency interventions the price includes instruments, labour hours and standard consumables; any replacement components (e.g. valves, non-standard fittings) are billed separately with a separate quote.
