When a renovation involves multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, building, finishes), having a single technical point of contact makes the difference in time, cost and result quality. We manage complete residential and commercial renovations, from preliminary diagnostics of the as-is state to final system commissioning, directly coordinating internal crews and external specialist contractors. We work on apartments, offices, retail spaces, standalone villas and prestige properties. Our initial specialisation in plumbing translates into projects where the systems part — which generates most issues three or five years post-completion — is designed and built with particular care.

What we include
Survey and initial diagnostics of the as-is state, including thermography and CCTV of existing systems; executive design of new systems (plumbing, electrical, fire protection where applicable) in coordination with architect or surveyor; demolitions and chasing with context protection; installation of plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems with certified materials; coordination of masons, plasterers, floor and wall finish installers, joiners; final commissioning with CCTV of new drainage piping and pressure test on the pressurised installation. We work on apartments, offices, retail spaces and standalone villas.
Site management
A dedicated site foreman follows the project from start to finish, is the single point of contact for the client and coordinates all trades. We plan works with weekly schedule communicated to the client, manage supply chain to avoid site downtime, control installation quality with intermediate checks at every phase. On inhabited sites (renovations where the client stays in the property) we manage the site to minimise impact on liveability: dust seals, scheduled works, daily cleaning.
Final documentation
At project end we deliver a complete dossier: DM 37/08 compliance declaration for plumbing and electrical systems, as-built floor plan of new systems, photographic record of hidden phases (pipe routing, screed installation, membrane installation), use and maintenance manuals for installed equipment, commercial warranties on certified materials. The dossier is structured for handover to the next owner in case of sale.

Our logistics keep a single dedicated technical crew on site from initial survey to intervention completion, avoiding handovers between teams and ensuring continuity throughout the job.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also handle municipal building paperwork?
On request, yes — in partnership with qualified surveyors and engineers for filing CILA, SCIA or more articulated building permits. We coordinate paperwork submission directly with the Municipality.
Do you work on prestige or historic properties?
Yes, it is one of our specialisation areas. We work carefully on listed buildings with Heritage Authority liaison when needed. Crews are trained on material and technique compatibility with historic contexts.
How long does a typical renovation take?
A standard 80-100 sqm apartment typically takes 3-5 months of work; larger renovations can reach 6-9 months. Detailed schedule provided with the quote.
